Heath Park

Our proposal for Heath Park is a sustainable model for communal living, working and food growing across generations.

We envisage a variety of housing types (for young individuals, small to large families, and older people) with shared facilities (a common house, re-use and recycling centre, a library of things and a children’s nursery) and a mix of communal workspaces (single occupation workshops and labs to larger-footprint, more traditional office space).

These uses are connected and supported by a network of renewable energy systems, healthy transport infrastructure and productive landscape spaces creating a place which promotes health, social interaction and community.
